Manufactured homes are built to HUD standards and are transported to your site on a permanent chassis, while modular homes are built in sections to local building codes and assembled on-site, similar to traditional homes. We sell both and can help you choose the right option for your needs.
From the time of order, it typically takes 8 to 16 weeks for your home to be delivered, set up, and move-in ready, depending on customizations and site preparation.
